Performance

Energy Efficiency

• Although BFRC Energy rating is not applicable to doors currently (anticipated early 2010) Door energy efficiency can be improved with glass specification (contact Technical for more details).

Weather Performance

• All doors are tested to the latest British/European standards for air, water and gusting performance via BBA.

Patio doors suit a contemporary design scheme and are also ideal in locations where space is at a premium. High security multi-point locking mechanisms, security glazing and anti-lift out devices make them a robust barrier against forced entry. Our exceptionally smooth gliding patio doors are available in two, three, four or six pane options. Since each pane may be manufactured up to three metres wide, our six pane doors are capable of spanning widths of up to an astonishing eighteen metres (60 feet).

Features

• Direct fix slim-line 51mm two track outerframe, or direct fix 99mm three track outerframe, for maximum widths and flexibility.
• 3 tracks and 3 panels, with all panels sliding, gives around a two-thirds opening.
• Maximum glass and minimum frame. Interlocks of only 44mm.
• Panels may be up to 1.5 metres wide each.
• ALL PANELS CAN SLIDE - there is no need for fixed panels.
• Polyamide thermally broken slim-line aluminium profile.
• Up to 6 metres wide and 2.4 metres high.
• Sliding panels glide easily on stainless steel tracks.
• Compliment with Part L. of Building Regulations.
• Wrap around glazing to give clean lines and increased security.
• Multipoint high security hook locking (4 locking points).
